About the event
Thursday, June 15, 10 AM - 4PM:
- Teaching the entire pole vault from groundwork through long swings.
- Breaking the vault down into tasks and matching tasks to drills.
Friday, June 16, 10 am - 4 PM:
- Application of all skills to vaults.
- Recovery and cool down.
*Pay upon arrival via cash or check $300 per person.
