JUNE 3: 12am - 4 pm teaching the entire pole vault from ground work (speed) through Long Swings. Lots of drills! JUNE 4: 10am - 4pm breaking the vault down into task and matching tasks to drills (adding to the drill database). JUNE 5: 10am - 2 pm application of all skills to vaults.

About the event
For this clinic Rick Baggett will be presenting his ideas on Speed, Strength, Power, Physical Development, Jumping Technique, Teaching Skills with their relationship to the event of Pole Vault. Rick will be using videos, lecture, demonstration and athlete participation. The participants will have a multitude of different drills and activities to add to their lists.
