Our Philosophy for High Jump stresses Approach, Approach, Approach. It is true that improving your jumping ability through training of strength and technique will allow you to jump higher, but lack of a consistent accurate approach will not allow you to utilize those improvements. Our success runs all the way back to when the program started a few years ago:
