Overview

The only thing that is guaranteed in the Northwest is rain. Since this unfortunately is more common in the fall, winter and spring than in the summer. The Willamette Striders Training Center and Pure Form Athletics are excited to announce that we have officially opened our Indoor Facility to Baseball and Softball programs in the greater Portland Metropolitan area. Our 60’x200’ fully enclosed training facility is big enough for you to work on hitting in our Batting Cage, fielding on our Artificial Turf floor, and Pitching in our designated pitching area. Also available with our qualified staff is Speed/Agility-Core Conditioning.

Batting Cage

Our Batting Cage spans the width of the facility 15’x50’. We offer a pitching machine that is capable of pitching soft-shell balls. The cage is wide enough to pitch to both right and left-handed hitters without making any adjustments.

Fielding and Pitching

Our facility is covered in Artificial Turf which allows teams to get good quality fielding work done in a dry environment. Pitching is available as well. Pitchers can throw to a catcher or just into our catch net.

Speed/Agility-Core Conditioning

                                                            Our facility is known for producing State Champions annually in Track and Field. Our conditioning program is state of the art. We combine circuit training with a number of dynamic and static movements to help each athlete reach their potential. We test everyone regularly in the program so that each athlete can see their progress and we can assess where they need to make changes to allow them to successfully succeed at both this level and the next.
